Citizenship vs residence
Open to excellent non-EEA applicants including Indians, (conditionally) admitted to a 2-year MSc at TU Delft. Not open to those who did their bachelor's at a Dutch university; joint programmes excluded. Typically requires a top-10% / 80%+ record.
What the funding covers
- Tuition: Full tuition
- Living costs: Contribution to living costs (about EUR 30,000/year total for non-EEA students)
TU Delft's excellence scholarship: full tuition plus a living contribution (about EUR 30,000/year for non-EEA students). For the September-2027 intake the complete MSc application (with the scholarship form and two references) is due 1 December 2026; results by end of March 2027.
