  • Full Refund: Issued only if we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • Partial Refund (up to 50%): Available if you cancel before we begin work on your application.
  • No Refund: Once work has started, or for all higher-tier packages including Mentorship, Admissions, and other customized plans.

Cancellation by User

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing via email at admissions@nikshala.com. We will process your cancellation request within 5-6 business days.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time for reasons such as:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in illegal or unethical behavior

In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the service.
